With a background in environmental, clean tech, health, and social sectors, Victoria works with non-profits to help them effectively achieve their mission by giving them the tools they need to succeed.
“My clients often know where they’re trying to get to but not how to get there. Or they have too many competing priorities and limited resources, and my role is to take their dream and the context of their organization and lay out the brick road.”
One of the things that Victoria gets excited about is the collective and multiplying impact she can have on the world. As a consultant and thought leader, she brings unique and actionable ideas to the table and helps organizations think about their impact in new and innovative ways. For example, she recently helped her client re-think a key strategic pillar to ensure it was effective in both measuring and accelerating the pace of change needed.
