You know when you meet somebody and you think: “Oh yeah, she gets it!”
That’s how we felt when we met Liliana.
Creative and entrepreneurial, Liliana gets weirdly excited about helping people achieve success. She’s almost like a detective, sussing out the answers to questions that hadn’t yet been asked. We often say that the presenting problem isn’t always the core problem and one of Liliana’s superpowers is not only sniffing out that issue but also implementing the solution.
“The work we do is vital to the lifespan of a company, but at the end of the day, I am acutely aware that I’m working for a human being (or several human beings) who might be overwhelmed. Sometimes going the extra mile is making sure that they don’t ever have to look at their inbox. Sometimes it’s reminding them that their mom’s birthday is next week. We all have the same hours in the day. None of us are robots, and we could all use a little help.“
When she’s not slaying like the boss she is, Liliana is getting to know her neighbourhood in Montreal with her husband and two kitties, Freddie and Momo. Originally from Mexico, she loves to cook and has even created her own YouTube channel reviewing cookbooks, cooking recipes, and discussing sustainability. Liliana loves to read, paint abstract art, and has always had a deep interest in medicine. This is reflected not only in some of her education and her volunteer activities, but also in her work as a birthworker (doula).
Yep, she’s a busy lady who finds an interest and just goes for it. Admin Slayer gives her both stability and flexibility, with lots of opportunities to grow and contribute.
